Workshop environment
Groups of carefully selected people spend time working together away from the normal work environment. Each participant is chosen for his or her particular area of expertise and ability or authority to commit. Open debate is essential. Visual aids are used wherever possible to increase understanding.

Facilitated
In order to achieve the most from the workshop, it is vital to have an impartial Facilitator . This person guides the workshop to meet the objectives of the session, and is responsible for the process, the agenda and the flow of debate, but not for the content of discussion. The Facilitator ensures the technique is adhered to avoid compromising the success of the workshop.
Structured agenda
The objectives of the workshop are agreed in advance and an agenda is created to ensure a structured debate takes place to produce a pre-defined set of deliverables.
Business orientated
Business participants are key in defining their own solutions. The language of the workshop is business orientated.
Team Based
Structured facilitated workshops improve team communications and result in team based solutions which promote co-operation and commitment consistent with an integrated approach downstream. Consensus is a keyword. All participants should be in agreement with the decisions taken in the workshop.
