My Philosophy on Facilitation
I've always been a great believer in making decisions by consensus, taking input from the whole team.
I believe that an organisation can solve most of its own problems by using its best asset, its people, given the right framework. A structured facilitated method provides that framework.
The sum total of an individual's learning and experience operating in an environment synergistically with other people produces something which is greater than the sum of its parts. That forum must be dynamic and freethinking but well planned and structured. This needs the control of a neutral facilitator, impartial and not a chair.
