3rd Eye Facilitation offers you a method, which combines a structure with facilitation skills and proven agendas. This combination is applicable to a whole range of scenarios where people with diverse viewpoints need to reach a consensus.

The method provides a forum that is designed to produce high quality deliverables in a reduced timeframe.

3rd Eye Facilitation specialises in facilitation so doesn't view it as a part time skill in a consultant's kitbag. That's not to say that our experience is limited to facilitation but that the focus is on facilitation.

What 3rd Eye Facilitation doesn't do is provide solutions to your problems. Through facilitation 3rd Eye Facilitation enables you to find your own solutions. 3rd Eye Facilitation is not a 'Master of all Trades' consultancy. We believe an organisation has the solutions to its problems within its own best assets - its people.

We don't do 'Team Building', though that happens with facilitation simply by getting people to work together.

We're not about 'Personal Growth' - though that happens through active participation in decision making. What 3rd Eye Facilitation is about is using the best asset of your organisation, its people, to determine the best strategy or solutions or plan or.....whatever. They and you using a neutral facilitator can determine this.

You are then free to apply any model or technique to bring about that change. Your chosen method may be in-house or provided by a third party also using neutral facilitation to bring this about. Neutral facilitation enables everyone in your organisation to contribute towards the running of it.
